Mobile Support Overhaul
This is the biggest mobile update Everworld has ever had. Nearly every panel in the game has been reworked to actually work on a touch screen, not just shrunk to fit one!
- ◆New mobile top bar — Your HP, Attacked NPC's health, your gold and the menu are now fused into a single compact HUD across the top of the screen, replacing the old top-left-only health bar
- ◆Dedicated mobile interfaces — panels that used to be shared between desktop and mobile now have their own dedicated layouts, so they can be designed for touch instead of traditional mouse and keyboard
- ◆Full-screen panels — panels that used to float awkwardly now take the screen properly on small viewports, with correct margins so nothing runs edge-to-edge
- ◆Bigger hit boxes — buttons and slots keep their normal-sized icon but got a much larger tappable area around it, so small icons are no longer fiddly to hit
- ◆Tap feedback — tapping the world now shows a confirmation animation after a short delay, so touch input feels as responsive as a mouse click

Highscores are here!
You can now see how you stack up against everyone else in Everworld. The website has a brand new Highscores page listing the top players in every skill, plus a dedicated page for each player showing their full skill breakdown. Rankings refresh automatically every 30 minutes.

Crafting & Smithing Rework
Fletching has been folded into the Crafting skill, so bow and arrow recipes now live alongside jewellery and everything else Crafting already covered — one skill to level instead of two. Alongside the merge:
- ◆Jewellery Recipes now require a mould — some Crafting recipes need a specific mould sitting in your inventory to work. It's never consumed, and the panel now clearly shows what's missing if you don't have one yet
- ◆Smithing failure chance — smithing recipes can now fail, with your chance of success scaling with your Smithing level and the tier of hammer you're using
- ◆New hammer tools — a full set of hammers has been added, each with its own efficiency and level requirement, giving Smithing its own tool progression
- ◆New crafting recipes for fishing rods and hooks, and a batch of new item assets to go with everything above
Jewellery & Permanent Buffs
Rings and amulets have gone from sellable resources to real equipment. Gold, Quartz, Sapphire, Emerald and Diamond rings and amulets can now be worn in dedicated Ring and Neck slots, each granting a small permanent passive buff. Buffs for each jewellery type will be released in a future update.

Death & Respawn
Dying is no longer a quiet inconvenience. The game now tracks player deaths properly and respawns you back at your spawn point, and a new full-screen "YOU DIED" overlay fades in for a moment before you wake up back in town. A cost for dying will be added in a future update.

Dying now gives you an unmistakable "YOU DIED" beat before you wake up back in town
Bug Fixes & Quality of Life
- ◆Duplicate player model on login — fixed a bug where your own character could briefly render twice when first logging in
- ◆Chat window background — a missing background behind the chat window has been restored
- ◆Text colour fallback — fixed a rendering bug affecting text colour on some UI elements
- ◆Flint arrow tips icon — corrected a missing icon for Flint arrow tips
- ◆Server crash prevention — the game loop process now has a maximum lifetime and restarts cleanly instead of accumulating memory and crashing
- ◆Highscores deployment fix — resolved a deployment issue affecting the highscores view page
- ◆Clickable links in chat — URLs posted in chat are now detected and clickable
- ◆Teleport animation — teleporting now has a proper particle effect and animation instead of an instant jump
- ◆Skill milestones, one per row — each milestone unlock now gets its own dedicated row in the Skill Milestones panel instead of being crammed in with others, making long unlock lists much easier to read
- ◆Report a Player — a new page on the website lets you report bad behaviour directly, no Discord required
