NPC Traders

The shopkeepers who sell starter gear and supplies — no other players required.

A Reliable Backup to the Marketplace

Unlike the player-run Marketplace, NPC traders always have stock (within limits) and never disappear — useful for basic tools and supplies without waiting on another player to be selling what you need.

A trader panel open, showing a list of items for sale with prices and stock quantities

Each trader has its own stock list, prices, and a slowly-replenishing quantity limit.

Stock Is Limited (But Refills)

Each item a trader sells has a maximum quantity in stock at any one time. Buy it all out and you'll need to wait — stock quietly replenishes over time, roughly every couple of minutes, rather than being unlimited.

Selling Back

Only the General Trader buys items back, and only at 60% of an item's base value — noticeably worse than what you'd typically get selling the same item to another player on the Marketplace. Traders are best treated as a convenient source for basic supplies, not a primary way to offload loot.

💡

Tip: If a trader's Sell tab isn't visible at all, that trader simply doesn't buy anything back — that's normal, not a bug.
