Sailing & Travel

How to get between locations in Everworld — boats, costs, and requirements.

Boats Connect the World

Everworld's map is split across separate locations, and boats are how you move between them. Interact with a boat at the dock and a travel panel opens showing where it goes.

The Sailing panel open, showing a destination, its requirements, and a Travel button

The Sailing panel shows exactly what a trip costs — or confirms it’s free — before you commit.

Checking the Cost

Every destination can have its own requirements, shown up front before you travel:

  • A coin cost — sometimes free, sometimes not. The panel clearly shows "Free" when there's no charge.
  • A skill level requirement — some destinations are gated behind a specific skill being high enough, not just having the coins.

The Travel button only activates once you meet whatever that destination requires, so there's no risk of paying and being turned away.

What Happens When You Travel

Confirming a trip plays a short boat animation while the game loads your new location, then drops you at that destination's arrival point. Your inventory, bank, and progress all carry over — travelling is purely about where you are in the world, nothing else.

💡

Tip: Check a destination's requirements before you've built up the coins or level for it — knowing what you're saving toward makes it easier to plan your next few play sessions.
